The automated plant
For F.lli Rossetto, we designed and realized a state-of-the-art automated plant, specifically designed for the injection of rigid polyurethane.
This advanced system makes it possible to automate every stage of the production process.
The moulds move autonomously throughout the cycle, with the automated application of the release agent inside the mould, up to the actual foaming phase.
In this phase, an anthropomorphic robot, perfectly synchronised with the foaming machine and the movement of the moulds, ensures the precise injection of the polyurethane.
Once the solidification of the material is complete, the finished product is removed from the mould, thus closing the production cycle efficiently and safely.
This plant represents a high-tech solution that guarantees high productivity and consistent quality.
